Buyer BEWARE!!!This company consistently over-prices their services to the community, including our senior population. (Robert R. 80 yrs old on old 44, redding is just one example-shame on Brown!) We had repair work replacing our septic pump at a cost of $1800. USD on 12/10/07. The pump failed on 10/09/08 confirmed by their employee, Jake. They would not stand by their work and said we had to pay up-front again and they would send in the defective part to see if the pump was under warranty (another 1800.00) I reminded Steve Poirier, owner Brown Plumbing, that his company did not send me the requested part number or warranty information for the 1/4 HP pump.
