I contacted Russell Miller from Miller Law Group regarding a criminal case and he eluded that he knew the judge and the prosecuting DA. I met with Russell Miller and Tracy Pratchen and gave them $5,000.00. After the first court date, which didn't go well, he promised to call me to let me know what will happen next. I could not get him to return calls and his secretary Tracy Pratchen kept saying he was out of the office. After two weeks of not being able to contact him, I fired him as an attorney. He left the case 'hanging' and had to hire another attorney. Needing money, I asked for the remainder of my money back. I could not get a hold of Russell Miller and often reached voicemail, which my calls were never returned. He kept all the money ignored all requests to return any remaining money THAT HE DID NOT
